How Do I Place An Order?
If you are wanting to order something from the giftshop - just simply add the item or items to your cart and click on 'checkout'.
If you are ordering a commissioned item then just simply drop us an email or head over to our contact page and let us know what you're looking for.
Payment is required upfront before items are shipped.
Our giftshop accepts payment through PayPal, however you don't have to have a PayPal account to checkout! PayPal is well known for being a very secure payment method.
If your item is a custom order we would have discussed payment and this can be done by BACS, cheque or PayPal.
Depending on the item, we ship and deliver items in the most reliable, safe and cost effective way. Smaller items are sent using Parcel Force or Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Shipping costs are included in the price of all items on the giftshop. Larger items will have to be couriered, collected or for a fee we can deliver ourselves.
Once an item has been shipped you will receive a confirmation from Olliewood and a tracking number if available. In the unlikely event your ordered item doesn't turn up please let us know and we will do all we can to rectify the situation.
All items are packaged with care and so they don't break in transit. To keep packaging prices down we use recycled bubblewrap, boxes and other things that will keep your items safe while on their way to you. This also helps to keep the environment as green as we can. For example, if you order a back scratcher - it might arrive in an already used poster tube.
Returns & Refunds
If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your order, please let us know and we will do our best to rectify the situation.
